Who Can Attend
Open to all Emmanuel Miami members and regular attendees who are 18 years of age or older. Participants must have completed the Mission Trip Application, attended the mandatory pre-trip orientation, and be in good standing with the church. Other potential volunteers must contact the Mission Department.
Cost Breakdown
- Trip Fee: $800 per person
- Camp Fee: $200 per youth participant
- Airfare: Not included — estimated $450–$550 round trip from Miami International Airport (MIA)
Prerequisites / Eligibility
Completed Mission Trip Application
Attended mandatory pre-trip orientation session
Valid passport (must not expire within 6 months of return date)
Up to date on recommended vaccinations for travel to Haiti
Medical clearance if applicant has a chronic health condition
Youth Camp
Young people ages 13–17 are welcome to join through the Youth Camp component of this trip. Guardian written consent and a separate youth application are required.
Payment Information
Payments can be made by cash, check (payable to Haitian Emmanuel Baptist Church), or Zelle to the church office. An installment plan is available: three equal payments due on April 1, May 1, and June 1. Please contact the Missions Department to set up a payment plan.
