The Hospitality Ministry serves as the welcoming presence of our church, creating an atmosphere where every person feels received, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Its mission is to intentionally integrate visitors and new believers into the Emmanuel family. This ministry goes beyond greeting at the door—it walks with guests and new converts, helping them grow from visitors into active, engaged members and building lasting relationships within the church family.
We serve in a relational way to ensure that every person feels safe, welcomed, guided, and connected.
- Ensure a safe and organized environment from the parking lot to the sanctuary
- Welcome and guide visitors from the moment they arrive
- Provide clear information and meaningful follow-up
- Maintain order and support during services
- Organize receptions and church-wide events
- Coordinate official protocol during special ceremonies
Open Opportunities to Serve
- Security & Parking Team- to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow before and after services.
- Welcomers - to create the first impression of Emmanuel.
- Ushers - to help maintain order and assist worshippers inside the sanctuary as well as in the lobby.
- Reception Team - to help organize and manage church receptions and major events.
- Protocol Team - to oversee official and formal church events.

Since each branch of this ministry functions differently, we encourage you to reach out. We would be glad to guide you and provide the information you need to serve effectively.
Regular Meeting Schedule
When: We meet for occasionally for preparation. We regular meet to serve on Sundays at 8:30 AM & 10:00 AM
