Jacques Moise Joseph was Born in Port-au-Prince Haïti on 1946. In Haiti he was the president of the youth association and a Sunday school teacher. He left Haiti on August 1975 and become a member at Haitian Emmanuel Baptist Church where He serves as a deacon for over 22 years. In 1997, he was ordained Pastor and currently serves the church as the Assistant pastor. He is married to his beautiful wife Gislaine and has 3 children. He has an Associate degree from NOBTS.
